About me
My name is Matt. I am on the BA Primary Education and Teaching (QTS) course at the University of Chichester, specialising in science. Click here to read my reflections on the creativity project.
I am the Creative and Technical Director within our group. My responsibilities include: creating ideas for the content of the book, making the YouTube videos and exploring suitable software for making this book and the YouTube channel.
A little more about me…
I have a German Shepherd called Kaiya who I train in agility. I also have two other dogs a Chihuahua named Fudge and a Romanian rescue called Phoenix. Last but not least I also have a cat named Gizmo.
I am really looking forward to starting my NQT year next year with my own class.
I enjoy working with children especially outdoors. I really enjoy the Forest School aspect of education and believe all children should be given the opportunity to learn outside.
I have played hockey since I was 8. I am also a level 1 accredited England Hockey coach and umpire.
Favourite thing about the project: Finally seeing the PDF file we have been working on being transformed into the physical book.
Least favourite thing about the project: The many hours it took to precisely edit the book to remove any errors and mistakes.
