This program has been used to produce this site, it is easy to use and has good functionality. There are items that Serif call ‘Smart Objects’ that require you to have signed into their site to use; if the usage is low then these objects are free.

Serif will also host your website for a fee (not excessive and less than most). As you will see however this site is hosted on my server rather than at Serif as then this is free. If you have an always-on Internet connection and a fixed IP address then setting up your own server is quite easy, but outside the scope of the help pages on WebPlus.

Websites are simple to manage and I would recommend this software for its ease of use and good features. Needs a little exploring to discover what you can do but worth the effort.

You do not need the user guide as all the info you need is in the help system; local and on-line.
